TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum Spend
La Baracca- Midweek $4000/ Day. Weekend $5000/3hrs 11am or 2pm
Spuntino – Midweek $800/Day . Weekend $1000/3hrs 11am or 2pm
Cantina- Midweek $1000/day. Weekend $2000/3hrs 11am or 2pm
The Barrel Room- Midweek $1000/day. Weekend $3500/3hrs 11am or 2pm
Food & Beverage
All event food and beverage selections are to be finalized 5 working days prior to your function date. The T’Gallant Kitchen requires a minimum of 5 working days prior to function date to cater for special dietary or allergy related requirements. This may result is some dishes being altered from your original menu to accommodate these requirements. Not all dietary requirements can be fully accommodated and may result in some guests not receiving a specific menu item.
All menus are seasonal and subject to change, some dishes may contain traces of nuts. Beverages are subject to availability. If a wine is unavailable, we will replace stock to equal value and same quality.
Confirmation of Guest Numbers
Final confirmation of guest numbers is to be confirmed 5 working days prior to your function date. Final numbers confirmed will be charged on your function account 48 hours prior to your booking.
Payment Structure
Your booking will be confirmed when a signed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions has been received.
Full payment for confirmed numbers must be received 2 business days prior to your event taking place. If final payment has not been received by that time, we hold the right to cancel the booking and the full deposit will be lost.
Sunday surcharges of 10% and Public Holiday Surcharges of 15% will apply to all set menus.
Payment can be made by Cash, Debit Cards, MasterCard or Visa (all cards incur .89% surcharge)
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to info@tgallantvineyard.com.au
Any cancelations made with less than 48 hours prior to the booking will forfeit full payment, this includes any last minute change of numbers.
Responsibility & Duty of Care
T’Gallant does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of guest’s property before, during or after a function. Personal belongings are asked to be collected at the conclusion of your function as we unfortunately do not have the facilities to store any of these items.
T’Gallant has a duty of care and as such has the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any person they deem to be intoxicated. Any person providing alcohol to the said guest will also be denied service and both (or all) persons will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Function Hosts are financially responsible for any damage caused to the property of T’Gallant.
All damage costs and any additional abnormal cleaning deemed necessary will be charged for at a rate of $40 per hour per staff member needed.
Smoking
T’Gallant non-smoking venue. We have designated smoking areas if your guests wish to smoke.
Drinks Packages
Drinks packages will commence at the beginning of your booked time unless prior authorisation is received.
Responsible Service of Alcohol will apply at all times and tap water will be provided.
Anyone deemed to be intoxicated will be refused service and may be asked to leave.
Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or going against the responsible service of alcohol may result in the whole group being asked to leave immediately and the group will forfeit any payments and no refund will be given.
